At Racca Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL), we take pride in delivering cutting-edge IT and ELV (Extra-Low Voltage) solutions that strengthen business operations and improve efficiency. One of our recent turnkey projects was successfully executed for L’Oréal’s warehouse facility at Chakan, Pune, covering an area of approximately 35,000 sq. ft.
Project Overview
The objective was to design and implement a high-performance network infrastructure ensuring seamless connectivity, reliability, and scalability across the warehouse. Our team executed the complete Supply, Installation, Testing, and Commissioning (SITC) — delivering a unified and secure IT ecosystem tailored to L’Oréal’s operational requirements.
Scope of Work
RIPL’s scope of work included the complete design, installation, and configuration of both IT and ELV systems to meet the high operational demands of the warehouse. A total of 45+ Sophos Access Points were strategically deployed throughout the facility to ensure uninterrupted wireless coverage, all configured under a single SSID for seamless roaming — eliminating the need for repeated logins or passwords. The network was secured with a Sophos 2300 Firewall, offering enterprise-grade protection and centralized control. To establish a strong wired backbone, RIPL implemented a Commscope Cat6A structured cabling system, ensuring optimal data transfer speed and reliability. The network switching layer was powered by Netgear Managed Switches, guaranteeing smooth data flow and connectivity across all endpoints.
For power management, Fuji Electric UPS and inverter systems with battery banks were installed to maintain consistent uptime and protect critical devices during power fluctuations. Additionally, Legrand cable trays were used for organized and durable cable routing, while perling-mounted structures were designed to support ceiling-mounted access points — ensuring both functionality and aesthetics in the warehouse environment.
Outcome
The result is a high-speed, stable, and secure IT infrastructure that enables smooth day-to-day operations inside the L’Oréal warehouse. With seamless Wi-Fi connectivity, robust firewall protection, and reliable power backup, the warehouse staff can now operate efficiently with zero downtime or connectivity interruptions.
