Sales Executive (Part-Time / Full-Time)

Location: Pune
Job Type: Part-Time / Full-Time
CTC: 3.6L - 6L Annually

Job Description:
Racca Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL) is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Salesperson to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will focus on building strong relationships with builders, developers, and other key stakeholders while actively opening new accounts and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities by opening new accounts across sectors.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with builders, developers, and key decision-makers to ensure repeat and referral business.

  • Client Visits & Follow-ups: Conduct regular site visits, meetings, and follow-ups with existing and prospective clients to understand their requirements and present tailored solutions.

  • Proposal & Quotation Management: Coordinate with the internal team to prepare and present proposals, quotations, and BOQs.

  • Sales Reporting: Track leads, opportunities, and sales performance; prepare periodic reports for management.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with operations and technical teams to ensure seamless project handover and execution.

Qualifications:

  • Education: MBA degree with majors in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Experience: 1–5 years of experience in sales/business development (experience in the construction, IT, or infrastructure sector will be an added advantage).

  • Skills:

    • Excellent communication, and presentation skills.

    • Ability to identify business opportunities and set up meetings.

    • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.

    • Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.

Additional Requirements:

  • Local Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates from the local area.

  • Joining: Immediate joining or within 15 days is preferred.
