Job Description: 

Racca Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL) is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Accountant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of accounting principles, be proficient in Tally ERP, and have hands-on experience with invoicing, stock management, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting Operations: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded in Tally ERP.

• Invoicing & Billing: Generate sales and purchase invoices, credit notes, and debit notes. Ensure timely billing and follow-ups for payments.

• E-Way Bill & GST Filings: Create and manage e-way bills and ensure compliance with GST filings, including monthly returns.

• Stock Management: Update and monitor inventory and stock levels in Tally, coordinating with the operations team to avoid discrepancies.

• Financial Analysis: Assist in preparing financial summaries, reports, and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordination: Liaise with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting. Freshers with exceptional Tally skills may also be considered.

• Skills: (a) Proficiency in Tally ERP (mandatory). (b) Good understanding of GST, e-way bills, and statutory compliance. (c) Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management. (d) Basic knowledge of MS Excel and other accounting software is a plus.

• Local Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates from the local area.

• Joining: Immediate joining or within 15 days is preferred.
