Job Description:

Racca Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL) is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Full-Stack Developer to join our development team. This is an entry-level opportunity for freshers who are passionate about web development and eager to learn modern technologies.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of JavaScript, React, databases, and backend concepts, along with a strong interest in building scalable applications and learning industry best practices.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and maintaining web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript and React.

• Develop responsive user interfaces using React.

• Support backend API development using Node.js.

• Understand authentication mechanisms such as JWT (JSON Web Tokens).

• Work with databases such as PostgreSQL and MongoDB.

• Participate in requirement gathering and understanding project needs.

• Use Git for version control (basic commits, branching, and pushing code).

• Follow clean coding standards and modular development practices.

• Collaborate with developers, designers, and project managers.

• Maintain documentation for features, APIs, and development processes.

 

Qualifications

Education:

• B.Tech / BE in Computer Science, IT, or related field.

• Diploma in Computer Engineering / IT.

• Any graduate with a computer science or programming background.

•  

Experience:

• Freshers are welcome.

• Internship or academic project experience in web development is a plus.

 

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of JavaScript.

• Familiarity with React.

• Understanding of HTML and CSS.

• Basic knowledge of Node.js.

• Understanding of REST APIs.

• Awareness of JWT authentication.

• Basic knowledge of MongoDB or PostgreSQL.

• Basic understanding of Git version control.

• Interest in clean code and modular programming.
