Job Description: 

Racca Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL) is looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Intern to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing, social media management, and content creation, with a focus on constantly upscaling our online presence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management: Manage and update our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Create engaging posts, stories, and videos to increase visibility and engagement.

• Email Marketing: Draft and send two professional emails weekly, targeting different audience segments to promote our services, products, and updates.

• Content Creation: Develop blog articles, case studies, and other written content for marketing campaigns, ensuring all content is aligned with our brand voice.

• Website Updates: Assist in maintaining and updating the company website, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

• Campaign Analytics: Track and report the performance of social media and email campaigns, providing insights to optimize future efforts.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum qualification of 12th grade. Currently pursuing or holding a degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred.

• Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing.

• Skills: Strong team player with a positive attitude, possessing expertise in marketing activities such as executing lead generation campaigns and enhancing brand awareness through creative content and strategies.

Additional Requirements:

• License & Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.

• Local Candidates: Preference will be given to local candidates.

• Joining: Immediate joining or within 15 days will be preferred.
