Racca Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL) successfully executed end-to-end ELV (Extra Low Voltage) works for Ashoka Medicover Hospital (MCH), part of Ashoka Institute of Medical Science & Research, located at S.No. 113/2, Wadala, Nashik. Ashoka Medicover Hospital is one of the leading super-specialty hospitals in North Maharashtra, with a 350-bed capacity, offering advanced healthcare services across cardiology, neurology, oncology, and more, along with 24/7 emergency care and critical medical facilities.

RIPL’s scope of work included design validation, installation, testing, and commissioning of complete ELV systems, executed as per the prime tender design by MEP consultants. The project involved the installation of Data, Telephone, CCTV, Fire Detection System (FDS), Public Address (PA), and MATV systems, along with all associated accessories. The execution was carried out using appropriate tools, tackles, scaffolding, and required resources, ensuring smooth implementation across all areas of the facility. To ensure superior quality, reliability, and performance, RIPL deployed industry-leading solutions from globally recognized brands such as Honeywell and CommScope across key systems.

Given the critical nature of a healthcare environment, RIPL maintained strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) guidelines as per government regulations throughout the project lifecycle. Detailed planning, risk assessments, and methodical execution practices were implemented to ensure safety of personnel, patients, and hospital staff at all times. All installations were carried out following approved standards and best practices, with continuous monitoring to ensure zero compromise on quality and compliance. The infrastructure was designed to deliver high reliability, seamless communication, and uninterrupted system performance, enabling real-time coordination, enhanced monitoring, and efficient hospital operations that directly support patient care and emergency response systems.

In addition to successful execution, RIPL is responsible for maintaining the entire ELV infrastructure during the Defects Liability Period (DLP) of 24 months post commissioning and handover. This includes proactive monitoring, preventive maintenance, and timely resolution of any issues to ensure optimal system performance. Regular inspections, system health checks, and technical support are provided to maintain uptime and operational efficiency. Through this extended support, RIPL ensures long-term reliability, minimizes downtime risks, and delivers sustained value to the hospital’s critical infrastructure.
