1. What positions were open at RIPL?

We conducted this hiring drive to fill key positions, offering students an opportunity to gain real-world experience in:

• Services & Networking Engineer (Part-Time) – Supporting IT infrastructure, troubleshooting, and networking solutions.

• Pre-Sales & Marketing Intern (Part-Time) – Assisting in client engagement, boosting brand awareness, and market research.

• Services & Networking Engineer (Full-Time) – Handling IT services, networking installations, and infrastructure management.

2. How students benefit from on-campus drives?

On-campus recruitment provides students with a platform to interact with industry professionals, understand practical challenges, and secure career opportunities. At RIPL, we emphasize hands-on exposure, mentorship, and structured learning to ensure they develop essential skills and industry readiness. Our 'Earn & Learn' approach allows students to gain financial independence while acquiring real-world expertise.

3. Drive Results

The hiring event at Zeal Education Society saw a great response, with 54 students signing up to explore career opportunities at RIPL. After conducting one-on-one interviews with 11 shortlisted candidates, we identified 4-5 potential hires who demonstrated technical acumen and a passion for learning.

Encouraged by this successful drive, RIPL looks forward to strengthening our collaborations with colleges, universities, and Institutes to create more career pathways in IT, ELV, and Networking solutions. We remain committed to identifying and nurturing promising talent for the future.
