Case Study: Wireless Audio Excellence at Tata Trent, BKC – Powered by Bose & Sennheiser

Client’s Vision: A High-Quality, Clutter-Free Conference Setup

Tata Trent’s leadership team wanted to upgrade their conference room (approx. 65ft x 25ft) to support high-level meetings with superior audio capabilities. The room had a round-table layout with 6–7 chairs per table, designed for interactive sessions.

The client’s primary request was clear: no gooseneck microphones, no tabletop clutter, and no compromise on audio quality. They wanted a seamless wireless audio environment that supported clear two-way communication—whether for internal meetings or virtual discussions with stakeholders. Initially, the Tata Trent team was exploring solutions like PeopleLink. However, after several discussions and assessments, it became clear that a more robust, enterprise-grade system was required.

RIPL’s Approach: Global Tech, Local Expertise

To design a solution tailored to Tata Trent’s vision, the RIPL team conducted two detailed site visits. These visits helped us understand the room’s acoustics, seating layout, and optimal hardware placement.

We proposed a wireless audio ecosystem powered by Bose and Sennheiser, two of the most trusted global brands in professional audio. This approach allowed for:

• Ceiling-mounted microphones and speakers to maintain a clean, cable-free table surface

• Crystal-clear voice pickup and delivery across all seating zones

• Minimal visual intrusion, maintaining the room’s aesthetics

To ensure seamless integration and network performance, we also incorporated supporting hardware from Netgear (PoE switches), Valrack (rack systems), and Commscope (structured cabling).

Execution: Fast, Focused & Flawless Wireless Audio Solution Deployment

The full solution was deployed in just 2.5 working days, broken down as follows:

• Day 1: Complete installation of hardware and components

• Day 2: Configuration, tuning, and functionality testing

• Day 3 (half day): Final refinements and handover based on client feedback

Our process was transparent, collaborative, and agile—designed to meet deadlines while exceeding expectations.

Post-deployment, the Tata Trent team now enjoys a state-of-the-art wireless audio environment, free from clutter and optimized for high-performance meetings. The solution delivers clear audio across the room, supports hybrid conferencing, and enhances the overall boardroom experience.
