Job Description:

Racca Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL) is seeking a dedicated and experienced Resident Engineer to join our team under the Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, maintenance, and troubleshooting for IT, networking, and ELV systems at client locations.

Key Responsibilities:

• On-Site Technical Support: Provide on-site support for IT infrastructure, including troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripherals.

• System Maintenance: Perform routine maintenance on IT hardware and software, ensuring optimal performance and minimal downtime. Tasks include checking drivers, operating system updates, antivirus checks, and more.

• Network Management: Oversee the maintenance and troubleshooting of network components, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks. Tasks include cable laying/crimping, network configuration, and addressing connectivity issues.

• ELV Systems Support: Manage the maintenance and troubleshooting of Extra-Low Voltage (ELV) systems such as CCTV, access control, and fire alarm systems. Ensure these systems are fully operational and integrated with the client's infrastructure.

• Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients under AMC, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt and effective service.

• Preventive Maintenance: Conduct regular preventive maintenance checks to identify potential issues before they escalate, ensuring systems are always in optimal condition.

• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, issues resolved, and system upgrades. Provide regular reports to both the client and the RIPL management team.

• Compliance & Best Practices: Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with industry standards, best practices, and client-specific requirements.

Qualifications:

• Education: Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics & Telecommunication (ENTC), or related fields. A certified course in Hardware & Networking is preferred.

• Experience: A minimum of 1-4 years of relevant experience in IT support, networking, and ELV systems maintenance, particularly under AMC contracts.

• Skills: Strong technical troubleshooting skills, knowledge of network configuration and maintenance, and familiarity with IT peripherals. Experience with ELV systems is a plus.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to manage client relationships effectively.

Additional Requirements:

• License & Vehicle: Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license for commuting to client locations.

• Local Candidates: Preference will be given to candidates from Pune/Nashik.

• Joining: Immediate joiners or those available within 15 days will be preferred.
