Racca Infotech Pvt. Ltd. (RIPL) has successfully delivered the complete End-to-End ELV requirements for the prestigious ABH Treeland project by ABH Developers from Nashik, Maharashtra. Spread across 16 acres, the project houses a total of 920 flats and stands out as a benchmark for modern residential infrastructure with a perfect blend of performance, convenience, and advanced security.

The core of this project’s connectivity is built on an advanced FTTH (Fiber to the Home) network. Acting as the backbone for voice, video, and data, FTTH ensures that residents enjoy seamless communication and entertainment without the need for multiple cable systems. With just one cable for all services, there is less mess, easy management, and consistently higher performance throughout the property.

ABH Treeland consists of 12 wings — 9 wings with 84 flats each and 3 wings with 42 to 46 flats each. The buildings have configurations of 2 to 4 flats per floor, rising to 21 floors plus basement level, ground level and two podium levels (P1, & P2). To ensure top-tier security, RIPL has deployed 256 CCTV cameras at entrances, exits, lobbies, and common areas. Additionally, 2 boom barriers control vehicular access, and approximately 950 video door phones have been installed to enhance both safety and convenience for residents.

The project features a robust mix of leading brands and technologies. Hikvision solutions power the video door phones, boom barriers, and CCTV systems. CIS provides the passive network components, splitters, and HFTP boxes, while CommScope delivers the fiber network and LIUs. APW racks support equipment organization, and Alphion’s ONT and OLT devices ensure reliable FTTH connectivity. Cisco’s core switches drive high-speed data performance, and Finolex’s 2-core fiber ensures durability and efficiency.
